About me

My name is Lance

Cooper and I am currently working as a Web Designer for an Auckland based Web 2.0 website.

In 2007 I graduated from Wintec, Hamilton with a Bachelor of Media Arts majoring in Digital Media.

I finished top of my class and was awarded Excellence in Digital Media. Since then I have worked

in a web design company for over 9 months where I am currently situated, as well as freelancing

web pages for small businesses and individuals.

The amount of knowledge I have learnt in the past year or so is enormous. I am confident

writing clean and light HTML and CSS code as well as working with and around the latest web

technologies such as AJAX, PHP, Javascript and CMS. My design skill has also greatly improved

with my experience and continues to develop with my enthusiasm to learn as much as I can. I am

also confident using 3D and 2D animation software and have worked commercially in this field as

a freelance animator.

I embrace technology and work with a very wide range of software including Creative Suite 3, After

Effects, Cinema 4D, Final Cut Pro and other industry standards. I am capable in both Windows

and Mac environments.
