From Johnson & Johnson and Hilton to Coval and KPMG, Uma's campaigns have punched through the noise and made an impact. Her career highlights include global and regional leadership roles at Weber Shandwick, Ogilvy, and Saatchi & Saatchi—where she brought to life unforgettable work for brands like Dove, Lifebuoy, Olay, Audi, Pampers and Singtel.

Beyond the agency trenches, Uma is a published author, keynote speaker, and fractional CMO who's helped startups and unicorns alike sharpen their brand edge, embrace AI, and launch bold new ventures. She's also a board member at Singapore Management University, shaping the future of marketing and AI education.
