I am a very conscientious worker who can work under pressure and especially enjoy being part of a team. Experience of working as a team included working in groups during academic projects including planning, role allocation, co ordination and commitment.

Effective Communication

My experience in the customer services has developed strong selling and negotiation skills. It has enabled me to advance my interpersonal skills and customer focus. My time at university has improved my confidence and presentation skills, this was demonstrated through group presentations to small and large groups including numbers of 5 to 50 people.

Working in a customer services environment taught me to find solutions to customer's problems in a calm and effective manner

Technical Skills

Fully competent with all Microsoft packages, and a number of other programmes such as 2 years of training using AutoCAD 2000 (2D). 1 year of training using Solidworks 2005 (3D). Two years of training using Catia and 3d max studio
