With over two decades spent shaping global brands across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, she operates at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and cultural intelligence, translating complex ideas into campaigns people actually feel. And remember.

Her work spans luxury hospitality, FMCG, and consumer goods, building brand worlds for names like Marriott, City of Dreams, and Mandarin Oriental, as well as category-defining brands such as Mondelez and Cadbury, and iconic houses like Cartier, quietly influencing how destinations, products, and experiences show up in culture.

Nicoletta doesn't just make things look beautiful (although they usually do). She builds systems. Campaign platforms that scale. Narratives that travel. Creative that lands in Hong Kong on Monday, Dubai on Wednesday, and still feels local everywhere, executed with unmistakable Swiss precision.
