About me

I am a Designer with a unique blend of creative advertising experience and formal Service Design training. With over six years in marketing and advertising, combined with an MA in Service Design from the Royal College of Art, I offer a comprehensive perspective on tackling complex challenges. Transitioning from advertising to service design, I've developed a versatile skill set encompassing user research, journey mapping, strategic thinking, innovative problem-solving, c-suite collaboration, creative pitching and creative execution.
My journey has included diverse projects, such as developing sustainable solutions for farmers, innovating pension systems, using human data to reimagine a piece of history and creating a fake e-commerce website to sell bulletproof jackets to provoke American politicians. All of this while consistently prioritising user impact, business feasibility, brand strategy, project management and stakeholder collaboration.
Passionate about creating user & planet centred services that make a real difference, I thrive in collaborative environments that encourage experimentation and rapid learning. My curiosity and passion for learning across diverse fields have been invaluable assets in my journey as a designer. This interdisciplinary approach enhances my creative problem-solving capabilities, allowing me to draw insights from unexpected sources.

A pivotal moment in my career was when I worked on a project to reimagine pension systems, where I realised the profound impact of pensions on the planet something hiding in plain sight and affecting everyday lives. As very curious person I look for inspiration in every single enterprise, system, service, activation and creative innovation. This fuels me to be motivated and recognise the potential of service design to not only meet user/planet needs but also drive measurable results for businesses. I am excited to explore new challenges and opportunities, particularly in the space of tech and sustainable innovation whilst being committed to designing services that inspire and deliver lasting value.
