'Belong' for Summer Foundation shares the stories of people with disability who have lived in or narrowly avoided residential aged care. Their message is powerful and direct: young people don’t belong in aged care. More than 1,000 younger people with disability are still living in residential aged care.

The new Aged Care Act is a big win — for the first time, it places an age limit on young people with disability entering aged care. But laws alone won’t fix the problem, and the job is not yet done.

The campaign includes OOH across Canberra and digital media to remind politicians that the issue is far from resolved.
