About me

In my role as Chief Creative Officer at Weber Shandwick, I lead the creative vision and oversee the work performed by coastal offices, collaborating with our North American and Global Leadership teams. Weber Shandwick specializes in earned-led creative programs, and my focus is on creating enduring and long-lasting brand experiences for our clients.

Before this, I held the position of Chief Creative Officer at Lippe Taylor Group, where I led the creative efforts across two agencies—Twelvenote and Lippe Taylor. Both agencies are recognized for their award-winning earned creative output, specializing in digital, social, and integrated creative campaigns.

With over two decades of experience in the creative industry, I am dedicated to transforming companies through innovative vision and creative excellence. Throughout my career, I have built high-performing creative teams for multiple agencies and have successfully led large, pioneering campaigns for clients in various industries, including consumer packaged goods, healthcare and wellness, food and beverage, and skincare. Recognition for my efforts includes being named to Adweek's 2015 Creative 100 list of top creative professionals in advertising. My work has also garnered numerous industry awards, such as Effies, Tellies, MM+M, Caples, Clios, Webby, SABRE, Shorty, Red Dot, and Digiday.

Beyond my creative contributions, I am an active speaker, judge, and advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion within the creative industry, promoting a more inclusive and representative landscape.
