About me

I am an experienced graphic designer, currently working as Yearbook Project Manager for a company within the education sector.

For the past ten years, I have built a career in the design and print industry, gaining vast amounts of experience. During these ten years I have designed school yearbooks, school planners, prospectuses, catalogues, adverts, leaflets, annual reports, Christmas cards, newsletters, power tool packaging and many more items.

I started my career in the year 2000 as a Trainee Mac Operator, since then, I've held the roles of Graphic Designer, Assistant Studio Manager and now I am a Project Manager. Throughout all of these roles, my main responsibility had been design work, however I have gained a lot of experience in marketing, quality control, work delegation, customer liaison, interviewing, discipline and overseeing equipment/stock purchasing.

Skills which I posses include being fully proficient in Quark Xpress and having a good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat. I also have an English A-Level and a great eye for detail.

I see myself as an ambitious, reliable and outgoing person with a real passion for design. I take great pride in my work and always give 100% to the task at hand.
