CLIENT REVIEW

Nick has been a joy to work with, unravelling the mysteries of sourcing images for an academic text book, to someone who was so new to this work, I had no clue about what I didn't know! Very patient with all my daft questions, Nick used his extensive experience to talk me through the picture sourcing process, including the intricacies of permissions, formatting, crediting and what should go into a log of all the images, which the publishers would need. All the images he sourced were perfect for my spec, and Nick also designed a number of fantastic images of the equid evolutionary tree (crucial to the evolution chapter in my book) for me to choose from, and some lovely cover photo options. Very importantly for me (tech-ignorant) Nick supplied the images in ways (do I mean on platforms? I don't know what I mean - but Nick does) that were super easy for me to access. He spotted my ad on here quickly and responded immediately, which meant I could get started on this project in good time, and always replied to my emails the same day, or let me know when he would be on hols for a couple of days, and was super quick to respond with sourced images and designs, which resulted in me being able to keep to the publisher's tight deadline. All of Nick's communications were clear, warm and friendly which helped to reduce my significant stress levels on this project, he really did a fantastic job for this picture research ignoramus and I have no hesitation in recommending Nick to anybody who needs a knowledgeable picture researcher or graphic designer - invaluable and so stress-relieving for me.
