About me
Sarah Baldry is Chief Marketing Officer at Wysa, an AI-driven mental health support platform. She's on a mission to bring mental health support to millions of people globally. It's her vision to re-shape the narrative around mental health, wellness and behavioural change in a digital age, not just in the West where there is huge demand for therapy and not enough therapists, but also in geographies where they don't even have a vocabulary for wellbeing. She needs to ensure we unlock the revenue and delivery pathways to make sure Wysa's innovative solution reaches people in need. There is still a pervasive stigma around talking about mental health, especially for people in crisis, and Sarah's marketing efforts play a role in de-stigmatising those conversations. Just as people now say 'my therapist says,' Sarah hopes they will one day say 'Wysa told me.'
Before joining Wysa, Sarah founded Resolut, a brand-building PR and communications agency. Resolut was born from a desire to break away from traditional agency models, aiming to create impactful work that changes perceptions of marketing and PR. With authenticity and passion at its core, Resolut offers an integrated approach to PR and marketing that evokes belief.
Under Sarah's leadership, Resolut developed the "Stop The Bias" campaign for their client, Tribepad—a Sheffield-based talent acquisition platform. This initiative addressed bias in recruitment processes and provided actionable strategies for organisations. The campaign's success led to a fourfold increase in clients using anonymised applications and influenced Tribepad's product roadmap. In recognition of these efforts, the campaign won the Best B2B Marketing Campaign award at the Prolific North Marketing Awards.
Sarah's career also includes leadership positions at Hotwire PR, Magma Global and Ranieri Communications, where she demonstrated expertise in marketing, public relations, and commercial strategy.
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business from Kingston University and has completed a Marketing Week Mini MBA with Mark Ritson.
