About me

I manage an office production/admin team which has 8 members,

these teams produce all the display adverts for the sales team plus I am also the Operations Manager, which sees me look after the day to day running of the business, which has 60 employees.

As part of the production team I also have to work as a team member working along others producing display adverts for the sales team..This means my day has to be well organised and have a positive way of thinking to help others and get the right results.

I have worked in the print trade all my working life mostly in the design studio, so I do have a creative flair and design knowledge plus an eye for detail. I have worked with all types of print media, mostly newspaper, but I have worked with POS, photo shoots and some radio.

Wherever I have worked I like to think people see me as giving 100%, I like to lead from the front, I think you can get the best results from people that way.
