About me
I am a fashion writer and stylist with tertiary qualifications in Business (Marketing)/Communications (Public Relations) and Fashion Design. I am seeking temp work in the marketing or fashion department within the publishing industry.
I am currently working as an assistant with Sunday Times Fashion Director Lucy Ewing. My role involves organising fashion shoots, preparing clothes, writing credits for the magazine, and researching material for future shoots. I have recently completed an editorial internship with SHOWstudio, a fashion broadcasting website where my duties have ranged between live blogging from fashion and art events to researching stories, and general administration.
Over the last three years I have worked across various titles within the editorial and marketing departments for ACP Magazines and News Limited Australia, where my duties have included managing the daily tasks across the departments; contributing to magazine content, coordinating editorial shoots as well as being the primary contact for the team.
I am a highly organised team player with great interpersonal skills, I am very flexible and can work well under pressure. I enjoy multi-tasking and believe that my varied skills and qualifications would be of a great asset in the working environment.
