About me
I'm a creative wellbeing specialist with a background spanning the arts, mental health, and social impact. After starting my career in sound engineering and working across festivals, screen, and live performance, I moved into counselling and community health, eventually combining these worlds to found Hey Mate, a wellbeing organisation dedicated to supporting creatives, artists, and arts workers.
I'm passionate about building healthier creative ecosystems, delivering mental health training, resilience workshops, and sector-wide wellbeing programs. I've worked nationally with festivals, arts organisations, and screen teams, and I love helping creative people navigate demanding careers with clarity, confidence, and care.
My work sits at the intersection of creativity and wellbeing , where artistic expression, emotional safety, and sustainable practice meet.
