Over 180,000 elderly live alone in Aotearoa. Too often, they are found alone at home physically hurt, needing the support of their neighbours to make sure they're okay. And to watch out for warning signs that something might be wrong. Something as simple as a porch light. So Hato Hone St John partnered with The Hello Project to create an integrated campaign that encourages Kiwis to look out for each other, the warning signs, and to act when you know you should. It might just save a life.
