About me
The skills that I've gained over the past 15 years of my career include range building, product co-ordination, cost negotiation and budget control, team management, commercial awareness, market trend analysis (across all design sectors), weekly client interface, consumer focus, retail display, styling and innovation. I've worked weekly with M&S, Sainsbury's and other High St retailers and have excellent communication skills. My most recent position at Hallmark Cards PLC, involved developing their new range of gifts and home accessories to compliment their core business.
I have successfully managed teams of up to 9 members, leading and inspiring them to produce fantastic designs to strict deadlines.
