Audi continues its most ambitious chapter with three new films that extend the explorations of the Four Rings, revealing Audi through a collection of materials, movement, and light. Created for Audi and Sky Sports as part of Formula 1 2026.

The latest chapter explores three defining elements of Audi engineering: high-voltage orange cables, signature LED lighting and premium leather.

Energy flows through high-voltage orange cables, capturing the speed and power of Audi’s electric performance. Precision LED light signatures reveal intricate engineering through elegant choreography, while premium leather and fine stitching introduce a tactile layer of refinement. Taking centre stage to write a new chapter of the illustrious history of Audi motorsport.

Each material becomes part of a single visual language, brought together through cinematic composition, subtle animation and rich sound, creating a series of films that feel both powerful and sophisticated – seamlessly connecting Audi’s F1 innovation to the heart of every Audi RS model. The result is a new collection of idents that distil Audi into its core qualities: innovation, performance and beautifully engineered design.

The idents are premiering on Sky Sports F1 for the 2026 season.

Experimentation was central to the creative process. We focused on observing materials up close, studying how they move, reflect light and interact with one another, from the flow of high-voltage cables and the character of Audi’s LED lighting to the texture and stitching of premium leather.

Approaching the rings as a sculptural object, as we did in the first chapter, we explored new camera angles, lighting and motion to showcase each material while preserving the elegance of the iconic four rings.

Inspired by the rhythm of Formula 1, the film’s pacing is influenced by moments of acceleration, precision and control. Every movement, reflection and texture was carefully refined to create a visual journey that connects Audi’s engineering with the world of Formula 1.
