This involves building greater inclusion and equity in the workplace by identifying and unlearning the biases that exist. On March 8, McDonald's takes a pause in the promotion and sale of its hamburgers and launches a series of publications where it invites everyone to identify and unlearn the prejudices that exist in male-dominated jobs. To build greater gender equity and inclusion in the Dominican Republic.
It was one of the campaigns that generated the most awareness and conversation on International Women's Day in the Dominican Republic, highlighting the brand's values and affirming McDonald's commitment to dismantling barriers and opening doors to job opportunities.
