About me

I have recently graduated from Oxford Brookes University having studied a BSc full time degree in Multimedia Production. The grade I received was a 2:1.

Whilst at university I have tried many new programs on computers and have found myself able to pick up the skills needed to use those programs.

During the summer of 2006 and 2007 I worked in an engineering office environment, which I feel has improved my work skills and also gave me exposure to specialist manufacturing software. I was given great responsibility in some areas of my job. For example if I did not do my job properly some staff that were paid weekly would not have been paid the full amount owed. I also had some responsibility for ensuring that manufactured components were collected together and sent with purchase orders and drawings to identified suppliers for appropriate specialist treatments.

I am hard working and very self motivated. Whilst at university I have been able to develop my personal skills and my time keeping skills by working on group projects and meeting numerous deadlines that had to be kept. I am very competent on Microsoft office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Being at university I have also had time to develop my skills in Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Avid, 3D studio max and Flash.
