An overview of the artwork created for the Faces on the Ferry project, original seasonal collection. While making portraits of her fellow commuters, Rachelle discovered an unexpected relationship between the quiet nature of a ferry trip and the slow unfolding of time. Faces on the Ferry also acts as a chronicle of the dynamic growth and diverse population of Amsterdam Noord. This project has been featured in The Guardian, Het Parool, and FLOW Magazine, among others.
