About me

I'm a UX Product Designer, with a background in UI design, front-end development, and implementation.
I've researched and designed complete journey maps with experiences customers go through while interacting with products and services. Identified problems, pain points, and opportunities presented in their interaction with the various touchpoints and used them to improve products and services.

I designed and developed a customer experience platform, that uses cloud computing to enable customers to give real-time structured feedback to businesses and organizations. We achieved this by opening a direct communication channel between companies and customers through the web and SMS.

I've spearheaded the creative direction of a social welfare program in Kenya, which focus on elderly persons, the disabled, OVCS (Orphans and Vulnerable Children), and the extremely poor. The cash transfer system has utilized more than $260m with more than 1 million beneficiaries.

Designed a fintech agency banking platform to enhance the bank's footprint in Kenya. The solution is aimed at improving the accessibility of bank services and tapping into the unbanked population through the use of agents to deliver financial services. It currently has over 10,000 agents & facilitated over 70.5 million transactions valued at $93m
