About me
Dan Holbourne is a music producer and sound engineer woking at incorporating creative recording sound design and mixing methods for his productions. Recent focuses include reproduction of natural spaces and ambiences, blending with electronic sound design created through field recording and foley recordings and blending with guitar, bass and other acoustic instrumentation. Influences include Four Tet, Skee Mask, Khruangbin, Herbie Hancock, Alabama Shakes and J Dilla. As well as drawing on a background in DJ'ing for several years in the south of Spain, playing a mix of tech house, deep house and techno. Currently working at Ramsgate radio, as an audio editor, editing a mix of music and word shows and producing radio jingles and trailers.
