About me
A 25 years young ambitious Fitness Coach, working with private clientele in Notting Hill in a studio space and in worldwide known fitness brand 'Bodyism'.
Being self employed has allowed me to enter and explore other opportunities away from fitness coaching. These opportunities include appearing on national television as a contestant on 'Davina Mccall's Language of Love' on channel 4 and featuring on an episode of the revamped 'Embarrassing Bodies' on E4.
These two experiences have given me empowering confidence infront of camera and heavy production sets. Understanding how tv production in the reality world operates and being one as part of a big team to make the show run smoothly and professionally.
Alongside appearing on Reality TV, I master my craft on public speaking being a member of 'Toastmasters Olympians club' since April 2021 following the 'Presentation Mastery' pathway, to become an accomplished public speaker.
My journey has built up confidence of putting myself out there, always being curious and having this relentless positive and upbeat energy that helps me turn up for my clients and for these unique experiences in a professional and fun way.
My 3 non negotiables in myself and those I like to surround myself with are 'curiosity, empathy and positivity'.
