About me

Ivy(Yutong) Chen is a London-based graphic designer. With a background in communication studies and an MDes in Communication Design from the Glasgow School of Art, she applies visual language to communication theories, focusing on editorial design, typography, and publications.
Her research practice explores the democracy of language through bilingual typography, with a particular interest in bridging cultural differences through graphic design. She enjoys collaborating with creators from different fields, such as curators, writers, and illustrators, to understand their unique needs and perspectives and to create designs that truly reflect their intentions.
