About me

Hi, I am an illustrator and animator with a background in science. I have been working as a freelancer in the field since 2016. Before that, I was doing my Ph.D. in molecular biology at Utrecht University and studying Art and animation as a hobby. My art and animation background has been less formal. At SCHOOL OF MOTION, I have followed 3d and 2d animation courses, also I have followed several courses for motion design and frame-by-frame animation in MOTION DESIGN SCHOOL. My art education started in Ecuador at university following classic art classes, I followed one year of art at the Wackers Academie in Amsterdam, and then I finished the Foundation and Design track at CGMA. I have worked for several years with BeyondBordersMedia communication agency as a project manager and motion designer. I have had the pleasure to work on projects with, UNESCO, WHO, STOWA, SIXT.
I have illustrated eleven children's books for independent authors and developed art for websites and scientific covers.
