Since 2015, McDonald’s France has been offering the choice between a book and a toy when kids order a Happy Meal menu. This initiative makes McDonald’s the first book distributor in France with over 60 million books already given to children. The objective of the film was to make the book option irresistible by highlighting the gift of reading and family story time.
