About me
In 2019 I completed my BA and MA in the History of Art at the University of York, and while I found these degrees fascinating, I have always had a more creative calling. In September 2019 I began to study graphic design for a year at Shillington College in London, which reinforced my enthusiasm as a creative and has eventually guided me to a career in the industry. On top of enjoying design work including photography and typography, I am a keen illustrator and spend my free time drawing both digitally and by hand. While working, my sources of inspiration range from 20th century fashion plates, to retro mangas, to the vibrant prints from design houses such as Marimekko.
