Joe started working in our office in sales order processing; but over a period of time he showed that he had a flair for design and so took on the role of helping us produce in-house marketing material such as brochures and adverts togetehr with our website. We work in the sports equipment market which requires an accurate technical understanding coupled with commercial branding and marketing communication all of which Joe was able to fulifll admirably
