About me

Toby is a Creative Services thoroughbred. His career has seen him develop from Production Executive through to the board level Creative Services Director of a Top 10 advertising agency over a period of 18 years. Toby is a very down to earth chap with excellent communication skills. He currently runs a massive team at Grey with over 20 people reporting directly into him and yet he still manages to run a profitable creative services department. He is an effective manager that inspires his staff, whilst retaining an authoritative knowledgeable persona. Toby's remit incorporates Traffic, Artbuying, Production and Studio Management.
