About me
I am an early-career user researcher with experience in the retail, health and education sectors. I use a wide variety of both traditional and innovative research methods - formal, empirical and empathic - and my skill set is applicable to user research in all sectors.
I currently have a portfolio career, combining a permanent part-time appointment with independent consultancy. I have experience of working in various types of organisations - corporate, consulting, government, and third-sector.
I have a strategic design education, enhancing my ability to collaborate with designers, engineers, marketers and other stakeholders in the product/service development process.
