Hello my name is Russ Graham. I am currently looking for employment - ideally in a creative environment as an Account Handler/Project Manager/Studio Manager type of role.

I would prefer to be based in Leeds but would consider other locationsin Yorkshire if the position was of interest.

I am currently working as a Project Manager/Account Handler for a software publisher, having previously been employed as a Graphic Designer by the same company.

I set very high standards for myself and my development team and constantly strive to effectively motivate my colleagues and increase the quality of each title we produce.

I relish the many different aspects this role requires, in particular discussing the creation of design and product briefs and liasing with clients, as well as designating workloads to a team of designers and generally overseeing the title, packaging and POS/advertising campaigns grow and come together. My attention to detail and meticulous planning to meet very tight deadlines with the minimum possible amount of obstacles is also a challenge upon which I thrive.

The many different methods of inter personal skills needed to motivate a whole team is a key aspect of my role, and one which provides me with opportunities to put into practice what I have learned from many years of studying other Project Managers, and also from my 4 years in the position myself.

I fully immerse myself in a project and can adapt with ease to the nature of the title, different types of design brief whether they are extremely flexible or stringent and ultimately take a massive amount of pride and satisfaction when the client is happy.

Equally at ease working as part of a team or on my own, I feel a position in your company would have great mutual benefits - to enhance and improve upon my skills and also provide a fresh creative outlook coupled with an array of strong management skills and technical abilities in a range of graphics packages which would be positive for your company.

I have strong communication skills (both written and oral), experience of dealing with blue chip clients such as Dreamworks, New Line Cinema, The Natural History Museum and the Football Association to name just a few, the ability to plan and organize tasks, time and people, coupled with a friendly and confident nature.
