About me

With experience in both the Television Industry and Management Consultancy, I feel comfortable working at either a creative or corporate level.

During my time in the television industry I have project managed aspects of shows for the General Mass Population, such as X Factor and Britain's Got Talent, as well target audience specific programs, such as Children's television.

In both cases I saw first hand the impact of Branding and Marketing through use of key words, tag lines and publicity Headlines.

Before moving into television I was the Marketing Manager of a Specialist Management Consultancy firm, where I gained valuable B2B experience, and fundamental skills in establishing, proposing and implementing marketing strategies. This was also my first exposure to creating a Powerful and Persuasive message, with just a few words, at a corporate level.

Regarding writing, I have devoted most of my free time for the last ten years to writing all manner of formats. My portfolio consists of a feature length fictional novel, a feature length script, various shorts (one of which was made in to a short film), six episodes of a comedy sketch show, various light entertainment formats and much more.

In short, I love writing, and am hoping to put my wide range of experience to an appropriate use in a creative career.

Through my own reading and interests I have extensive knowledge in various fields. I possess excellent communication skills and can work efficiently either as a team leader, part of a team or under my own self regulation.
