About me

I am a highly energetic and motivated individual, who up until recently was an Assistant Operations Manager at a large company in London, managing over 300 employees.

I had worked for the company for 10 years until I took a 2 year break to travel and do some volunteer work. I have gained a lot of knowledge and skills that I feel could benefit this role perfectly, as I have not only worked on the side of supporting management but also as a manager myself in a very high pressured, unpredictable environment.

As part of my job role I had to carry out disciplinary meetings, therefore I have a good knowledge of HR processes and policies, and have experience in dealing with discretionary matters. I have 10 years of administration experience including diary management, and have a good level of competency in all Microsoft Office programs, and have the ability to learn new software with ease. I also managed facilities for the depot during my time as Assistant Operations Manager, so I have experience with liaising and building relationships with vendors and external contractors, in a very varied operation.

As well as always being praised for my upbeat, enthusiastic and strong work ethic, I am known for being very keen and a quick learner, who can be decisive with efficiency in mind. Having worked in a live 24/7 operation I am extremely well organised and meticulous in my work, and I am always punctual and reliable.

I am very personable and friendly, and have a high level of emotional intelligence which often assists with my assessment of people's needs and requirements without them having to tell me. I am also very flexible and willing to adjust hours accordingly to fit in with business needs.
