Illustrated and co-designed a cookery book entitled 'Hackney Wild. Farm to loaf sourdough, cakes and other recipes from e5 Bakehouse', published by Calverts London in 2020.

Project consisted of over 30 illustrations, including technical diagrams of equipment, detailed observational drawings of plants, as well as page layout and design.
