ABOUT

The Super Bowl in 2023 was held in Phoenix, Arizona but the following year, it was being announced that the Big Game would be held in the city of all cities, Las Vegas. Our clients, Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA) gave us an amazing brief to make a big splash.
Roger Goodell, the NFL commissioner began our journey by revealing the ball at the NFL press conference the day after the Super Bowl. It was the first time the public and press had seen the Super Bowl VIII logo. The press went wild. The truck and ball then began on a 300+ mile expedition stopping along the way at Joshua Tree, the 103 mile marker to Vegas, a gas station (we nearly didn’t fit), the Hoover Dam, the stateline of Arizona/Nevada and Red Rocks. As we reached Allegiant stadium in Las Vegas for another press conference, the production crew set up the four stadium lights (one in each corner of the turf) and as night time fell and the press conference began, the stadium lights flooded on, lighting up our ball in all its excellence. It was then time for the Las Vegas strip, where we had four police cars escorting our truck as it stopped traffic & pedestrians along the streets of Las Vegas.
