I am a senior manager with over 20 years experience in internal and external communications across hospitality, financial and professional services.

I thrive on connecting the company and it's people through a shared purpose that brings the values to life. Where people are an organisation's greatest asset, I articulate what makes a company unique through well-executed propositions. I can also deliver complex organisational and cultural change reaching diverse audiences that enhances the employee experience and builds a culture of inclusion.

I also have 18 years experience in organising events from town halls and office briefings to large scale conference and awards dinners.
