About me

I am a highly skilled marketing and communications expert, having spent the majority of my 15+year career in some of the UK's top media and creative agencies.
However... my passion has always been understanding people.
By learning what makes your people tick, understanding what they value, and spending time investigating their strengths, I enable them to thrive.
Throughout my career, I have always focused heavily on employer branding. By supporting companies to engage with their people in the right way, my skillset can increase productivity and retention via supportive long-term career progression, resulting in the reduction of recruitment costs.
I am a big advocate of employee wellbeing, ensuring diversity and inclusion is firmly considered at every touchpoint. I strongly believe businesses have a duty of care towards their people as they have the power to make their employees feel happy or sad...at home.
The happiest, healthiest people have the best ideas, take more responsibility for their work, and ultimately deliver much more to the business's bottom line.
I couldn't work for a brand that doesn't recognise its people as it most important asset.
For me, this is non-negotiable.
