About me

Previously I worked in Brussels for C&A designing Mens Casual wear, Plus size and Activewear within

multiple teams.

During the past 3 years in C&A I have strengthened and built on my repertoire of skills in multiple product

areas. Whilst working closely with the Design managers, Garment technicians and Buyers, I have helped to

rebrand a few of the brands within C&A to turn around a stronger profit for the company compared to the

previous customer profile. It is because of this experience I have been able to travel with the company and

develop products to a high standard in quality and Design whilst also following the brands sustainable

production guidelines.

Since being at C&A I have also been able to not only push myself and my team to develop a strong identity

for each product group but I have also been key in developing and leading the PLM system company roll

out. Within this time period I was delegated teams to manage, train and support multiple job roles to a

professional working standard across Buying, Design, Technical and Sourcing teams. Whilst working with

the Head of departments and Unit leaders, I was able to help analyse, identify and correct any obstacles that

may hinder or halt production. During this time I was able to lead and guide each team effectively to find the

most time productive methods to carry out their daily work and still fulfil the specific necessities of the

system.

Prior to working with C&A I worked with companies and Design teams such as Aitor Throup Studio,

Madison Cycle wear, French Connection and Chilli Apparel, a supplier covering several licenses in Design

and Product Development including Umbro, Gymshark, JD Williams, Puffa, Quba Sails and Slaters

Menswear. Within all of the listed brands I developed a capsule range of Outerwear, Sportswear,

Accessories, Formal wear and Casual wear in knitted and Woven products.

It has been because of these past experiences that I have been able to maintain a strong passion and work

ethic for my work. Being able to work in the creative industry has given me the chance to grow with the

products and brand. I have especially enjoyed taking ownership over every category that has been given to

me and it is because of this I have achieved high levels of sales and success through out my career.
