I'm a non-exec, mentor and executive business coach specialising in mentoring ambitious digital, marketing and communications agencies, typically between £500k and £3m in revenue, to help their owners achieve their goals. Whether that be helping them navigate through a rapid period of growth, kickstart the business after flatlining for years or prepare for a more successful exit, I'm passionate about helping the next generation of independent agency owners get more from their businesses and enjoy the journey.
