About me

I am a focused team player who gathers knowledge and possesses a boundless curiosity. I have the ability to think holistically as well as managing the day to day.
I am currently working for a group of busy commercial galleries in London. This role includes; managing their website content whilst creating a greater presence on the net for their brand, achieving product sales targets and proactive in devising ways to drive and increase traffic to targeted areas of the site. I am responsible for managing the Internet marketing and provide in-house design solutions for website banners, gallery brochures, flyers and posters. I have always worked in the creative industries, previously as commissioning editor for a successful art publishing company and prior to that as an artists' agent for a leading London agency. Throughout my career I have had the responsibility of dealing with buyers and editors from market leading clients, including IKEA, HABITAT, PENGUIN BOOKS and RANDOM HOUSE, providing solutions to strict brief requirements and schedules.
I am a perfectionist, but fast and understand that the commercial implications of my actions are paramount.

I have excellent Mac and IT skills, in particular Photoshop, and I work daily with CMS and Database systems. With a solid working knowledge of most applications including Illustrator, Fireworks, Image Ready, all office applications and a sound understanding of HTML.
