Partnering with our friends at Fight or Flight, we helped create a launch film for PayScale's new brand identity. The film will be used both internally and externally, with the aim of building excitement and hype around the launch, as well as getting internal teams aligned on messaging.

Working to a tight deadline of just 3 weeks, we leveraged the benefit of our remote team around the world, creating a round the clock production cycle.

Incorporating the new design identity elements that Fight or Flight created for PayScale's recent rebrand. We discussed with the team the elements they would like to see brought into the animation and examined how it would translate best into motion.

Music always plays a big part in these types of films, adding the energy and a good track can help infuse emotion and steer the direction of the narrative. Along with a strong voice-over, we also incorporated kinetic type and a bespoke soundtrack with SFX to effectively convey the narrative and ensured it reflected the brand's values.
