About me

I am an accomplished and enthusiastic hard worker with a positive attitude. I have gathered work experience in different roles and am a courteous, helpful and well-mannered individual with strong communication skills, both written and verbal. I am driven, have a highly collaborative style and work well as part of a team. I am able to lead, influence and manage, however I am also capable of working alone with confidence. I pride myself on being well organised, and work well under pressure. I am IT literate with strong presentation skills. Having studied an English Literature, Creative Writing and Practise degree at Lancaster University, I am keen to further my creative experience by seeking job opportunities within the literary industry. Having completed a placement with Copify Ltd, producing original and engaging content to a variety of set briefs including blog posts, articles and press releases, I am interested in gaining more experience in copywriting. Being a very accurate, conscientious, yet creative person, I believe my skills could compliment any copywriting business. I have strong research and time management skills, exemplified in my decision to produce two divergent dissertations in my final year of studies. My choice to produce a 50 page screenplay, as well as a creative-critical English Literature dissertation, highlights my ability to turn something seemingly mundane into something innovative. I am extremely self-motivated, and am looking to embark on a career as soon as possible.
