Hi there!

I'm Sophie, and I'm a digital copywriter looking to take on a fresh new challenge. Thanks to Covid-19 a position I was due to start at was withdrawn, and so I'm available to start ASAP!

I love writing, and I'm always willing to try my hand at coming up with content no matter what the topic. I've worked as a digital copywriter and I have a journalism degree, so I'm used to being quick on my feet n coming up with catchy content.

Let's face it, nobody wants to read something to be bored to death! You want to be in the know, and be able to get there quickly. That's why I want to help turn dry, uninteresting reads into something unmissable, that everyone wants and needs to be a part of.

In my most recent role at thinkmoney I was the only employed copywriter for 5 months. That meant that I was running the show copy-wise for quite a while. It's made me a pro at prioritisation and managing my work, and it allowed me to work on copy for lots of different aspects of the business.

I have 3 years management experience, so I am comfortable working as part of a team as well as in a leadership role. Building relationships with other parts of the business is vital to make sure that what I'm writing is consistent and on brand. They say you learn something new every day, and you can always learn from the people that you work with.

In my spare time I feed my make up and skin care addiction, and write about it on my blog. I also love watching films and looking at holidays that I can't afford.
