About me

I do have more than 18 years' experience that I brought significant changes in Ethiopian educational curriculum reforms and improved child well-being while I was working at Dandi Boru University College and currently at World Vision International NGO.
My career has led me to specialize increasingly in communications, knowledge management, child protection and development, and programme management (Assessment, Design, Implementation, Monitoring and Evaluation) technical skills. My communications skills in writing reports, proposals, business plans and success stories have been developed in my working experience at NGO and private setting.
I have been working in World Vision Ethiopia (International NGO) on the position of Child Sponsorship communications (Donor Relations). Currently, I am working in World Vision Ethiopia on the position of regional technical program coordinator (with special focus on knowledge management) that I am contributing much to the knowledge management and information sharing for broader impacts thorough the productions of immense impact stories, media releases, and program effectiveness in maintaining the monitoring evaluation accountability and learning principles and standards.
Working as Language clubs coordinator, registrar head and College Dean for six years, and recently as Child Sponsorship communications (Donor Relations) and Program management coordinator, I have developed technical skills that the major ones can be mentioned as below:
