About me

I have a detailed knowledge of research methods with a diverse portfolio of practical experience with a qualitative emphasis. I have conducted interviews, focus groups and ethnographies for a range of projects, but each time the data and analysis has focused on gaining insight into participant's opinions and experiences with an aim towards improving services or policies. This has resulted in recommendations aimed at improving the supermarket experiences for the elderly, access to support for vulnerable adults, through to improving representation and the voting experience for students. I have a keen ability to analyse complex information and convey it back to diverse audiences in a straightforward and effective manner, from reporting findings to stakeholders to teaching students.
