About me
"Hi, I'm Corrie. I'm a freelance designer with over ten years' of experience working for some of the most prestigious publishing houses in London, across all platforms. I love what I do, and am constantly looking for new ways to expand my design repertoire."
Over the past decade, I have worked on over twenty print and digital magazines; including BBC Good Food, Delicious, Elle Decoration, Empire, FHM, Food & Travel, Grazia, GQ, Heat, Hello Fashion, MODE, Sainsbury's Magazine, ShortList, Q, Stylist and Women's Health. I launched, and art directed Emerald Street - Stylist's daily email as well as worked on the launch of Grazia's iPad edition. Later, I was commissioned to design Women's Health's, first 24-page fashion supplement and art directed two issues of Shortlist's men's fashion magazine MODE. I also had a major role in the re-design of Heat, Sainsbury's Magazine and Third Age Matters.
Although I specialise in print, I'm also accomplished in developing creative branding and logo designs. Furthermore, I'm proficient in cross-platform design and have a good grasp of After Effects. I am currently training in Premier Pro, HTML, CSS, UX and UI practices.
