About me

Experienced professional food stylist for still image food photography and video, based in Johannesburg, South Africa. Creative, bold, bright, modern and vibrant is my style; my favourite briefs are ambitious, brave and conceptual - bringing big food styling ideas to life is why I do what I do.

I have been working in the food styling industry for a decade and specialise in creative and technical food, beverage and product styling for multimedia advertising (print, digital and TV commercials).

My training as a professional chef, experience as a food editor and years owning my commercial food styling business mean I know food really well. My technical knowledge of why food behaves as it does, paired with my experience on high-pressure sets allows me to approach shoots in a calm, dynamic and resourceful way.
