i'm passionate of digital and sports, so i tried to combine both and i'm working since few years in sports organizations Like FISE or Olympique de Marseille my current job.
I'm focused on analytics, and tried to allways to adpat and improve our ways of communicate on digital platforms.
I'm currently working for professionnal football club in France called Olympique de Marseille one of the most popular club, a huge experience in terms of exposure and responsabilities.
I arrived as a Analytics supervisor, but i have been promoted 3 times, with my analytics skills they gave me the opportunity to manage our content distribution (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, Snapchat, Tik-Tok Linkedin, website, apps, and make analytics a strong part of our strategy. The first year in 2017/2018 was amazing, for exemple we restarted the Youtube Channel > and we had this season the best % of subscriber growth during this season after Manchester United who created their channel this year.
During my first year i had analyse every platforms : fans behavior, numbers of characters, emojis, video format, picture format, video first 3 seconds, Hashtags, publishing days and hours, which kind of post drive the most and how .. We now use a publishing calendar to feet we best times on each platform's.
We also have been the first french club to launch a Tik-Tok account, we currenlty develop this platform which
is used by the new generation, it feet with our strategy.
I'm also lucky to work closely with social media platforms like Facebook/Instagram, Youtube, Snapchat, Tik-Tok and Twitter. We are working with several agencies for Asian and Arabic Social media.
Regards the business part we developed the revenues from digital platforms, with monetizing content, sponsorship. About Ticketing i had to analyse our ticketing funnel, also analyse how to improve our Organic Campaigns and Paid campaign which are made by an external agency.
I have made SEO analysis to improve audience and business part.
Finally i had a new task since several months, is to manage our membership program which is in link with my other missions which are to develop the audience. We are working on the new program for season 20-21.
