About me

I am a documentary photographer and photojournalist helping humanitarian organizations achieve fundraising goals and promote programs and causes.

Before I became a humanitarian photographer I had been working for 4 years as a photojournalist in newspapers and magazines.

In 2012 I switched the gears and began working with humanitarian organizations. I realized that the nonprofit sector needs pictures that serve as a call to action, and I was looking precisely for this intention in my photographer's career.

Fundraisers I'm working with are confirming that my pictures make a major difference for their campaigns and help raise up to million dollars in donations.

As the world gets more and more oversaturated with images, the bar which one needs to reach to cut through the noise and get seen and heard, rises higher and higher. My approach to reaching the eyes and minds of the audience comes down to the authenticity of emotions I capture and stories I'm telling.

Knowing that my work helps bring food, medicines and comfort to the homes of the needy, gives me huge motivation to strive for excellence in my craft.
