This was George Russel's first shoot for Mercedes ahead of the new season as their new driver. There was no initial concept and I was given creative license to create a striking portrait of George. I used hard continuous light and strategic shadows to work with and accentuate the angles of his face. The result is captivating and somewhat unsettling, yet a depiction of focus and confidence
