An adaptive Senior Designer / Artworker & Studio Manager with commercial acumen and experiential knowledge in Graphic Design principles and practices within a diverse Design portfolio including Brand / CI Development, Advertising Campaigns, Marketing Print Collateral, Packaging, Exhibition, POS Display, Large format Print & Dye Sublimation and Digital Platforms.
I possess experiential knowledge of current design techniques, photography and trends, with proficiency in Mac Operating Systems and software including Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Animate, After Effects, Acrobat Pro), Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, One-Note, Excel). I have a fair understanding of Web Design and digital platforms, and have extensive knowledge of Pre-Press practices for Print Processes including Lithographic, Flexographic, Large format Digital, Large Format Dye-Sublimation/Press/Manufacture and Screenprint, with a deep understanding of their production processes.
I have a track record of leading and working with a team to meet tight deadlines in high pressure situations. I have a strong eye for detail, a passion for design, a drive to excel and enjoy working with people. I have a willingness to learn, and believe you are never experienced enough to keep learning. I have found that similar organizations may institute different management software and skill-sets, and am keen to adapt and learn where necessary. I am currently completing an on-line Leadership and Management Level 5 endorsed Diploma course, and will continue to upskill.
